University and Professional Pedagogical Space

Resources and support for teaching

The art of digital analytics is a university and professional manual dedicated to designing useful measures, responsible analysis of digital behaviors, and transforming results into decisions. It connects strategy, activation, data governance, analytical methods, visualization, and influence without relying on a specific platform.

Course Plan (12 weeks) Integration project Teaching resources

Proposed 12-week course plan

Structured thematic segmentation linking book chapters to pedagogical decisions and student deliverables.

Sem. Read Pedagogical Decision Deliverable
1 Guide + Ch. 1 Analytics as a decision-making discipline Initial diagnosis; Business–Activation–Analysis–Decision map
2 Ch. 2 Objectives, KPIs, and Measurement Plan Project Integrator v1 measurement plan
3 Ch. 3 and 4 Maturity, Governance, and Analyst Posture Maturity diagnostic and RACI matrix
4 Ch. 5 Privacy, ethics, and governance Risk analysis and consent choice
5 Ch. 6 Collection and Architecture Instrumentation specification; quality control
6 Ch. 7 and 8 Channels, experimentation, and optimization Prioritized hypotheses and test protocol
7 Ch. 9 Segmentation and Audiences Useful Segments, Limits, and Risks of Caricature
8 Ch. 10 Quantitative and qualitative sources Triangulation plan
9 Ch. 11 Applied Statistics Uncertainty analysis and sample size
10 Ch. 12 Attribution, causality, and prediction Justified Choice of Contribution Method
11 Ch. 13 Visualization and dashboard Decisional and critical cross-analysis prototype
12 Ch. 14 and 15 Story, influence, AI, and observability Final presentation and memory of limits
Weekly segmentation is adaptable for 10, 12, or 15-week courses. A correspondence file with a program's skills is available in the teacher's package.

Cumulative integration project

Using a single mandate throughout the quarter. Students play the role of an analytical team that must recommend a verifiable decision to a real or simulated organization. Each submission reuses and corrects the previous one.

Discount 1

1. Framing

Business Objective, Decision, Stakeholders, and Risk of Error.
Chapters 1-5.

Discount 2

2. Measurement

KPI, dimensions, sources, consent, limits, and quality plan.
Chapters 5-6.

Discount 3

3. Analysis

Segmentation, Triangulation, Uncertainty, Experimental Protocol or Causal Method.
Chapters 7-12.

Discount 4

4. Decision

Dashboard or figure, analytical narrative, recommendation, and follow-up plan
Chapters 13-15.

Recommended data sources for the mandate:

To maximize the pedagogical value of the integrator project, Ideally, the mandate should be carried out on real Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data Issues from a partner organization or real study project.

If you don't have access to real company data, it is strongly recommended to use the official Google demo account:

Proposed scale

Criterion Weight Expected proof
Decision Framework 20 % Decisional question, expected value, risks, and stakeholders
Measurement and governance 20 % Definitions, sources, quality, consent, traceability
Analysis and proof 25 % Proportional method, calculations, uncertainty, limits
Visualization and storytelling 20 % Clarity, Hierarchy, Data Fidelity, Recommendation
Ethics and reflexivity 15 % Bias, consequences, surveillance, and reversibility
